I’m building Awre. An AI that learns your work, finds what matters, and prepares the next move while you stay in control. It’s the antithesis of the extraction pattern I write about in the essays.

I’ve worked in and around some of the biggest AI companies. I’ve seen the good things they built. I’ve also seen the operating model. Take the human signal first, explain the bargain later, then convert accumulated human data into power the public cannot easily inspect or walk away from.
